To request information on any of the artworks in the STO Union Gallery, archival materials, and any other artworks, or if you are an artist, or an artist’s representative, and are hoping to receive documentation of your work at STO Union for archival purposes, please contact info@stounion.com
STO Union may own some, but not of the artworks presented. The artist or their estate may be represented by an agency that specifically oversees the artist’s copyright.
Some artworks are primarily educational tools whose terms and conditions are defined by individual contracts.

Terms and Conditions
Use of the Website
By accessing stounion.com or any other subdomain of stounion.com (the “Site”) you warrant and represent to STO Union (the “Company”) that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the Site and accept without limitation or qualification these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Trademarks
Many of the trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on this Site, including STO Union and STO Union Theatre Co. Inc. are registered and/or unregistered marks of the Company. The Trademarks of third parties may also be displayed on this Site. Nothing contained in this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site without the express written permission of the Company or any third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company only allows personal, educational, and other non-commercial uses of the Materials subject to the following terms. You may not use the Materials for commercial purposes. This means that you may not sell the Materials or sell materials, products or services that use and incorporate the Materials, nor may you use the Materials to promote or advertise products or services. If you wish to use the Materials for any purpose beyond the permitted uses, such as a commercial use or publication (except as may be permitted by fair use under the copyright law), you must obtain prior written permission from the Company (or other owner of the Materials as applicable).

User Generated Content and Submissions
It is strictly prohibited to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, or infringing material that could constitute conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, a violation of privacy or publicity, or otherwise violate law. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify the Company for all claims resulting from content you supply. The Company takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party .The Company reserves the right (but not the obligation) to edit or remove such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
WIPO: The Company is committed to complying with Canadian copyright and related laws, and requires all users of the Site to comply with these laws. Owners of copyrighted works who believe that their rights under Canadian copyright law have been infringed may take advantage of certain services provided by WIPO. Disclaimer of liability
The Company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the Site, any information contained on the Site, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
